                                                                                           Benefits of Membership:
    • Once a month you pay one affordable rate for a 1 hour 45 minute or 30 minute therapeutic massage.
    • The initial session includes a health assessment and treatment plan development.
    • You may purchase unlimited additional massages each month at the same member rate.
    • Family members in the same household are entitled to your membership rates.
    • Take advantage of having a massage in the comfort of your own home, or at the clinic!
    • REFER A FRIEND AND SAVE!   Once you are a member, for every person you refer that signs up to the membership program you receive a free month.  Refer 12 people and they all sign up and you get one year membership free! That equals 12 free massages.​

      - HST will be added automatically to your monthly payments 
      - Once you have subscribed online, your monthly payments automatically come off your credit card through the secure site Pay Pal.  *
      - Your membership fees will automatically renew into the following year unless otherwise indicated by you.
      - You will receive a receipt for every treatment that you attend each month which may be submitted to your insurance company:
         (note for missed appointments you will not receive a receipt from Henderson Massage Therapy – if you require a receipt for your records you will      be issued a receipt upon request indicating missed appointment)
      - Membership may be shared by members of the same household only  ( *Note – the one massage per month that is paid for by the membership fee     can only be used by the membership holder,  anyone else in the household may come for the same amount as the membership fee as long as they     are registered on that account )
      ​-  missed sessions cannot be carried over to following month

1 year membership: (60 minutes)

You pay only $67.00 per month for 1 year.

1 Year Membership: (30 minutes)

You pay only $49.00 per month for 1 year
A savings of $72.00

1 Year Membership: (45 minutes)

You pay only $60.00 per month for 1 year
A savings of $120.00
